Whether you are designing a long-term strategy with national reach or need thoughtful analysis and completion of a written report within a short time frame, the T. L. Hill Group works with you to assess your needs and help design innovative solutions for achieving your organization’s desired results.
The T. L. Hill Group process is simple. It does, however, require a commitment of organizational leadership. The process is guided by five basic steps outlined during initial discussions to produce a preliminary scope of work and budget.
Step One
Design a Results Framework

Clarify the scope and scale of work your organization seeks to accomplish.

Determine your desired results.

Identify interim milestones for achieving your desired results by outlining specific objectives, tasks, deliverables, a timeline, and estimated costs.

Assess fund development and sustainability needs for achieving your desired results.

Modify and refine the scope of work to reach final agreement on how the T. L. Hill Group will support your organization’s efforts.

Step Two
Identify Extent of Issues

Your organization can tap multiple sources of information for better exploring and understanding how issues of race, ethnicity, and culture might be addressed. The T. L. Hill Group will recommend informational resources.

You may want to partner with firms that bring expertise in diversity and inclusion or other solutions as appropriate. We are able to suggest others whose expertise will fit your needs.

Develop Solutions

As your organization engages with others in a variety of ways as needed to gather information, the T. L. Hill Group is available to assist by:
- facilitating meetings with staff members and partners
- conducting internal and external interviews
- convening focus groups with key stakeholders
- completing literature reviews and environmental scans
- reviewing relevant public policies at the local, state, and federal levels, as well as internationally. -

Select Evaluation Methods

Analyze, Write, & Report

We will work with you and your team members to complete a thorough analysis of lessons learned and to recommend how the field at-large might benefit from your organization’s lessons.
